Shipping & Delivery Frequently Asked Questions

To help our customers at Eudana Frams, we have answered some of the most common questions we get asked about delivery and shipping information.

How will my package be delivered?
For safety reasons, every order is shipped through GIG Logistics or DHL. However, the delivery fees could vary based on the logistics company.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Typically, Lagos orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, and outside of Lagos delivery times can range from 5-7 business days.

For seedling delivery please select Urgent delivery at checkout. You should be able to receive your seedling in 1-2 business days in Lagos and 2-3 business days for other cities.


This means that orders are packed the day after your order has been placed. We currently partner with GIG Logistics to fulfil the majority of our customer orders, and each order is shipped via standard delivery. This means it may take at least 3 working days for your order to be delivered by GIG Logistics once dispatched. This applies to deliveries through DHL likewise.

Furthermore, items ordered during public holidays and weekends will be shipped by the next working day.

What should I do if I haven't receive my order yet?
Please note that in some circumstances orders may take slightly longer to dispatch, so in most circumstances please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. Once your item has been shipped you will automatically receive the tracking details (Waybill, Tracking Number/ID).
