Refunds & Returns Policy

At Eudana Farms, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best products and services. If you find yourself in a situation where you need a refund, please take a moment to review our refund policy outlined below:

1. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Product Defect: If the product you received is damaged, defective, or not as described, you can request a refund.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders canceled before shipment may be eligible for a refund. Please order must be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order.
  • Order not delivered

2. How to Request a Refund

Before you request a refund please note the following:

  • Check your items as they are handed to you by the delivery person (i.e. at the point of delivery) to confirm they are complete and in good condition.

  • Inspect the product details: check the quantity/ size, and look for any damages.

  • If there is damage/error, indicate it to the delivery/ courier service, and do not sign the delivery receipt. Signing the receipt means that you received the product in good condition and refund will not be possible.

  • The 'damaged items' must be returned to us via the delivery company, unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • Shipping costs are refundable

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team within THREE(3) days of receiving the product, explaining the reason for your refund request.

  • Provide necessary information, such as your order number, contact details, and a clear description of the issue.

  • Please make sure the product remains unused, and that it is preserved in its original packaging.
  • Wait for our customer support team to review your request and provide further instructions.

3. Refund Process

After we have received and inspected your return, an email will be sent to inform you about the status of your returned item. You will also be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit of the amount paid for the item(s) will automatically be transferred to your preferred bank account details within THREE(3) working days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Services already rendered, and customized goods.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@eudanafarms.com

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
